This schedule includes the BEST gym exercises available, scheduled 6 days per week. You will repeat the 1-week schedule for 90 days, and as a result, you will develop a great physique! The schedule is repetitive, the same exercises every week for 90 days, and the reason for this is simple. If you change your workouts every month, your physique won't adapt to these exercises fully. By being persistent with the BEST gym exercises for 90 days with the same routine, you'll see fast and effective results. 

Some of the exercises included: squat, deadlift, pull-ups, and bench press.
